I have misplaced 1000's in trades for this reason, and the issue nonetheless hasn't been resolved nearly two months later on. I have emailed customer service several times, and absolutely no reaction. Once my past little bit of money is freed up in the ten working day hold, I am never using it all over again!All transactions are recorded on the net
